Fr. Galadima Bitrus Markus, OSA, is a Friar of the Order of Saint Augustine, Nigeria. He has Bachelor’s degrees in Philosophy and Theology from Saint Thomas Aquinas’ Major Seminary, Makurdi, Nigeria (an affiliate institute of the Pontifical University, Urbaniana, Rome), and the Augustinian Patristic Institute, Rome respectively. He holds a Licentiate Degree in Sacred Scripture from the Pontifical Biblical Institute, Rome, and is currently running a doctoral degree program in the same Institute. He is author of the book, The Genius of Woman. An Appreciation of the Influence of Women in General, Mothers in Particular in the Light of their Biblical Portrayal.
